Safety Steps for Just Around the Corner Employees and Clients to take to Reduce Exposure Risk for Coronavirus

Our goal at Just Around the Corner is the safety of your family, your pet, and our employees. We ask for your help to institute the following:

Illness:

  1. If an employee feels ill, is exposed to COVID-19, or receives a positive COVID-19 test they will notify the office immediately, and steps will be taken to reschedule their visits
  2. If a client or member of their household is ill, has been exposed to COVID-19, or receives a positive COVID-19 test, they will notify office and steps will be taken to cancel their visits

Personal Protective Equipment and Sanitation:

  1. Pet Sitters will wear masks when entering a client’s home if there is anyone who is at home or if they are not fully vaccinated.
  2. Pet Sitters will sanitize their hands before entering and on leaving a client’s home
  3. Pet Sitters will sanitize anything touched during the visit. This will include keys, phones, collars and harnesses, doorknobs

Minimal Contact:

  1. If a client will be home, please let us know so the Pet Sitter or Dog Walker can take appropriate sanitation measures.
  2. In case of sudden illness and to minimize contact between employees, clients will need to have either a lockbox with a key or a door code entry to their home. A spare key is required to be left at the office as back up.
  3. No notes will be left in the home. Employees will communicate with owners through the Chat Feature of the Time To Pet Mobile App.
